About Us

Hi Everyone! My name is Alex. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Community Health Education Specialist (CHES).

I specialize in fertility, prenatal, postpartum, women's health, and infant/toddler nutrition. So if you are a mama looking to give your baby the best start in life and feel better in the process, I'm the dietitian for you!

ACCESSIBILITY

I strive to make healthcare accessible to all women. In our healthcare system today, it can take weeks to be seen by a provider. My clients get fast access to me so their questions answered in a timely manner. No more waiting weeks for an appointment!

NOURISHMENT

Nourishment should be at the center of your pregnancy, and you should have someone in your corner who understands the importance of it. My goal is to make sure all women learn how to properly nourish their body and their baby's body so they can set their little one up for the best start in life.

SCIENCE

I use science to make decisions about all my clients' care plans. There are too many "influencers" out there that recommend certain products or actions based on misinformation. Mamas who work with me know that all of my recommendations are backed by science for the best care for you and your baby.
